Words will only get us so far. We need firm action to make changes, and we often need accountability and a support system to help us follow through. Join us for the best Yoga West Challenge EVER and together we will make bold, positive changes in our lives!

What would you like to change in the next 30 days? Do you want to be lose weight? Be stronger? More relaxed? How about more FOCUS?

This yoga challenge is our best EVER, because we will help you take your yoga OFF the mat, as well, and give you the tools to nurture your mind, body and spirit. There are 4 components to our challenge:

Yoga – Stay dedicated to your yoga practice for the next 30 days. Through this alone, you will see positive changes in how you look and how you feel, guaranteed. Yoga West has an amazing array of teachers to keep you energized and inspired!

Diet – Throughout the challenge, learn valuable diet and nutrition tips on how to clean up your diet so that your body can look and feel better, and function at it optimum. This is not about counting calories and carbs, this is about learning to make healthy, wholesome choices about what you put in your mouth.

Meditation - A meditation practice can make a huge difference in how we see the world around us, and more importantly, in how we respond to it. Learn valuable tips on how to incorporate simple meditation techniques into your daily life.

Journaling – Journaling is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to accelerate your personal growth. Our brains are capable of processing lots of thoughts at the same time, but our conscious thoughts play out in a sequential order. This is how we end up not being able to see the big picture, because we are bogged down in the details! By getting our thoughts out of your head and onto paper, we gain insights we would otherwise never see.

 

 

 

Your Commitment

30 days of yoga. Try to attend every day if you can, but no less than 25 classes in the 30 day period from October 15 to November 12.

Track your diet and commit to an eating plan to improve your habits and decrease your waistline!
Commit to a meditation practice of some sort, whatever fits best into your schedule that you can do every day. Even just 2 minutes a day can effect huge changes in your outlook!

Journal about your experience. Write it down, and look back to see how far you have come.
We will support you on this journey with a Kick-Off Celebration on October 15, at 8:00 AM. After the Kick-Off, we will walk over to LaCenterra to participate in an outdoor yoga class with Breakfast Yoga Club, and its founder, Ricky Tran!

There will be four additional check -ins with your facilitators:

October 19th, 6:00 PM
October 22nd, 8:00 AM
October 29th, 8:00 AM, and
November 5th, 8:00 AM

When the challenge is over, we will celebrate with a concert with local Kirtan artist Rudra Das. You don’t want to miss this!

Your Investment: $20 (you pay for your own yoga, whatever package works best for you.). This fee covers your mini-workshops on diet, meditation, and journaling, as well as a personal journal to use during the challenge. You certainly can participate in just the yoga portion of the challenge for no additional fee, but I think you will find the process much more rewarding and successful if you commit to all of the aspects of the challenge.
