Yoga can help to increase your overall strength and flexibility, even when pregnant.  Prenatal yoga is a great way to connect
with yourself and your baby, and prepare your mind and body for the journey ahead.  With yoga, stretching and lengthening
the muscle and related systems promotes the circulation of blood and oxygen, and the focus on your breath helps to bring
your attention inward.  Connecting your body and your mind this way can result in an overall state of well being:  feeling
strong, calm, and flexible.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings
5:45  PM- 6:45 PM.

A four class
pass, good for one month, is $60.
An eight clas
s pass, good for one month, is $80.
Prenatal "plus" allows attendance at any of our other regular classes for $95 for
o
ne month.

No refunds on missed classes, though
unused classes may be carried over to a new
class pass.
