Yoga 101! Class is designed for beginners to the practice. Basic alignment, breathing, and simple meditation/focus techniques.

Intermediate
|
Experienced students will be introduced to more advanced poses, variations, and breathwork. Some experience with yoga is required.

Advanced
|
Requires strength, stamina, and knowledge of yoga alignment. Advanced postures and breathwork will be explored.

Everyone
|
Beginners will learn basics of postures and breath, and more experienced students will be introduced to optional levels of intensity. All levels are welcome.

Relaxing
|
Focus on relaxing and stretching. Great for beginners, too.

Yoga for the Core
|
Our core is the root of our being, our movements and our balance. Focus on this area to prevent/recover from injuries, improve posture, enhance athletic performance and create more efficient movement patterns.

Restorative Yoga
|
One hour class designed for those recovering from illness or injury, or in need of a much gentler class. All stages of healing are welcome.

Prenatal Yoga
|
One hour class designed for those preparing for the birth of a child. Classes are gentle and appropriate for all levels of experience and all stages of pregnancy.

There are many different types and styles of yoga available to the practitioner. For every person, and for every
stage in a person’s life, there is a yoga style that will work best. Even from day to day you may prefer one style
